M270A1 MLRS with M30/XM31 GMLRS and ATACMS/BAT3i



This is a mini one unit mod for Zero Hour. Made for Zero Hour version 1.04

This mod gives the MLRS long range artillery rocket launcher to vanilla America and Superweapon General.

In the single player USA campaign missions, America colonel Burton can call for one MLRS air drop.

In Generals Challenge play as Superweapon general.



The M270 MLRS, made by Lockheed Martin, can launch 12 GPS guided M30 artillery rockets, which can contain M85 Dual-Purpose Improved Conventional Munitions or a 90kg/200lb unitary warhead which has three fuze settings for use against personnel in the open (proximity fuze); lightly fortified bunkers (delayed fuze); or a single, lightly armored target (point detonating fuze).



It can also launch 2 M39 ATACMS missiles (see also MGM-140), which can contain either M74 cluster bomblets, a 500 lb unitary HE warhead with 3 detonating modes (point, air burst, delayed), or 13 P3i Brilliant Anti Tank guided glide bombs with acoustic, infra red, and millimeter wave radar sensors.

An ATACMS launch container is a fake MLRS rocket pod, which has a lid with a six circles pattern like an ordinarily 6 MLRS rockets pod.
