It has symmetrical start locations and tiberium fields (6 green tiberium fields, 4 blue tiberium fields, 8 tiberium spikes, 2 tiberium silos, and some other tech buildings). The wall around the city is breached on four locations, near the player's startiong locations (that't where the blue tiberium fileds are placed). The city is also divided by the river (east,west). This is a new version of Beng's Laser Demo Nuke mod for Zero Hour, that modifies the Laser, Demo and Nuke generals to have many improved units and powers. Nearly every object belonging to these 3 generals has been changed and they have new buildings, units, and powers. It is intended mainly to add replay value to the single player campaigns, general's challenge campaigns, and skirmish games. Vanilla America, GLA and China objects can change into the new Laser, Demo and Nuke types so you can use them in the single player campaigns.
Try the single player campaigns and Generals Challenge. Single player campaigns include all the missions from Generals, including Training mission (at start of USA campaign) and a modified version of the missing GLA mission 3 by DeeZire. A new map has been added to the end of USA single player campaign.
New things in version 3 include: Improved SkirmishAI for Laser General by n5p29. Better S-200 / SA-5 SAM site for Nuke General, superweapon decoying tactics for playing against AI players – can make them shoot their own base, versatile EA-6B plane for Laser general, JXX stealth fighter for Nuke General, seduction chaff that distracts the enemy defences, mortar mines for Laser mortar man, CIA agent armed with MK-ULTRA mind control darts - can hijack enemy heroes and infantry, Valmara-69 mine for Demo Jarmen, fake nuke silo firing chaff dispensing missiles for Nuke general, spy satellite scan now uses a spy satellite and scans a wider area, supply prison for Laser General. Various other tweaks and improvements.

If you have 7-zip, which is freeware, you can download a smaller zip file in this forum message that was compressed using LZMA compression (making it 9.5 MB instead of 12.2 MB).
Manual Install Instructions for Mac Users
Here's how to manually install:
Put the biggest file, 0BengsLDNmod3.off, in your ZH install directory. You do not need the .bat batch files.
Rename it from 0BengsLDNmod3.off to 0BengsLDNmod3.big
To enable the improved skirmish AI for this mod, rename [ZH directory]\Data\Scripts\SkirmimishScripts.scb to SkirmimishScripts.off or something else so the computer will use the copy inside the big file instead of the existing one.
Then when you run the game it will use the mod.
To Uninstall: do the reverse of the above.

Players each start on opposing sides of the valley, players have the option to direct their attacks either straight through the valley, or around the sides of it to run a sneak attack on their opponent. But at the same time they must make sure their opponent is not compromizing their havesting operations. Each player starts out with a nice big redzone tiberium field with lots of room to expand to other tiberium fields around the perimeter of the map. There are also 4 blue- mix with green fields on the canyons, and one very large redzone field in the very center of the map, so there wont be any lack of tiberium here. There are also 2 tiberium spikes to capture and 2 EMP's to capture as well. there are many shacks u can garrison near most of the expansion tiberium fields and on the canyon itself. Enjoy!!! I just wanted to say that i had lost all of my work that was on my hard drive, many of maps, and this is the first map since the crash!!!, and i am starting to get back in the game lol, also bought an external hard drive , just in case... You cant just transfer a Zero Hour map to Generals. I had to remake it all again, except for the landscape shape, most houses and roads. I've also removed some bugs that were in the ZH version. about the map: This is a desert style map with a small town in the middle. There's a terrorists hideout in the mountains and to the south theres a US-base which was build to protect the oil in the middle. It is supposed to be played TOP vs BOTTOM, but it's possible to play FFA or left vs right as well.     Click here to download this file

File Name: Yuri's Plot File Submitter: The_CartographerFile Submitted: 17 Jan 2010 File Category: Red Alert 3 MapsThis is a Remake of my favorite RA2-YR map, 'Yuri's Plot' (am i original or what?) observation post in middle gives view of ~ half the map. a total of 6 oil derricks are in pairs on three separate bluffs connected via broken bridges. almost all support powers are OFF (in keeping with RA2). total of 12 ore nodes on map. instead of gems (RA2) there are money crates hidden under allied wall hubs. map is great for strategically choking enemy ground forces (ZOMG is Sparta!) excellent for amphibious units. requires you to take control of center water and open ocean to reach the entire map with bombardment... even though center has no ore nodes =/   Click here to download this file
